1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged/defective product

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that are used or washed

  • Fabrics that are cut/customized

  • Color variations due to screen differences

  • Items bought during clearance sale

  • Size issues (please check size chart before ordering)


3. Exchange Policy

If eligible, we can arrange:

  • Same product replacement

  • Exchange with another item (difference amount applicable)


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only when:

  • Product is not available for replacement

  • Approved by our quality team

Refund Mode:

  • Original payment method

  • Or store credit

Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
